186networks is looking to fill a position on our staff. We are in need of a Technical Support Representative. Duties would involved handing Tech level 2 support, Making and answering calls, troubleshooting devices, and responding to customers in a timely matter. This person will need to be dependable, be able to talk to customers on the phone at the customer level, have some networking knowledge, be self motivated, work as a team, and take pride in there work. This position would be considered full time. Pay will be dependent of qualifications and experience.
