“He also helped us with our Exede. We already have it and it is terrible. He gave us some pointers and we have already followed his advice, contacted Exede, discussed SVT with them, and they have made some changes and evaluated our system. Both our down load and upload speeds are much worse than they should be and thanks to your guy, we are getting improvement. He also advised us about the Liberty plan and we are switching. I don’t recall his name, but he was great. If his level of service is an example of what you provide, we can’t wait to switch when you have signal for us!”
