Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales/Tech Support Staff Member to join our dynamic team at 186networks. This role combines customer service, technical support, and sales responsibilities to ensure our customers receive top-notch internet services while helping grow our business.

Key Duties:
– Answering incoming customer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
– Replying to customer emails with accurate and timely responses, providing technical support or sales information.
– Troubleshooting basic internet connectivity and service issues for customers, escalating complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
– Promoting and selling 186networks’ internet services and packages to potential and existing customers.
– Cold calling prospective clients to generate new leads and expand customer base.
– Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
– Assisting with billing inquiries and explaining service charges to customers.
– Providing feedback to management on customer needs and recurring issues to improve services.
– Other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals.

Requirements:

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Basic technical knowledge of internet services and troubleshooting (training provided).
– Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach.
